This year the 36th ENADA Rome show will be held from Wednesday 8 to Friday10 October, in the Italian capital's new leading edge expo centre, organized by Rimini Fiera SpA and held with the sponsorship of the AAMS.
ENADA Rome is the International amusement and gaming machine show owned by SAPAR, the key Italian association in the game and gaming world, whose approximately 1,500 members are manufacturers, resellers and owners/managers of amusement machines.
Last year, ENADA Rome 2007 was attended by 10,599 trade members (15% more than 2006), of whom 1,023 were from abroad (a 19% increase).
In order to facilitate entrance to the expo, Rimini Fiera has organized a fast-lane registration procedure to avoid wasting valuable time when visiting the halls. The procedure is extremely simple and effective: all those registering on line receive a password via e-mail. When they arrive at the venue, they go directly to the cash desks reserved for them. When they consign their passwords, visitors will receive their reduced rate tickets for access to the show.
Several events, conferences and special initiatives are organized during the 35th International Amusement & Gaming Machine Show.
Simone Castelli, manager of the Rimini Fiera business unit to which ENADA Rome and ENADA Spring belong, says, "Along with the SAPAR we wish to express our best wishes for his work to Senator Alberto Giorgetti in the role of Undersecretary at the Ministry of Finance and Raffaele Ferrara, the new general manager of the State Monopoly. Trade shows are traditionally a meeting place, an opportunity for reflection, which is completed by a business showcase of the market's key products and innovations.
"For decades, with ENADA the commitment of Rimini Fiera and SAPAR has been to offer a place for frank constructive discussions. For this purpose, we shall undertake together to organize a meeting during which it will be possible to discuss issues in depth and also exchange opinions on the role that a trade expo can play."
In the meantime, the sales campaign for ENADA Rome is proceeding very successfully. There will probably be the possibility of extending the expo area to Hall 2 at Fiera di Roma, which would thus be added to Halls 3 and 4, occupied in recent years.
Gabriella Zoni, project manager for ENADA, comments, "We are accustomed to the market and its time frames, but this year, we are really favourably impressed by the companies' response. The leading brands have already practically all confirmed and companies continued to join the list. We are please to report the participation of companies from Malta, Taiwan, Great Britain, Germany and Russia, as this means that all the effort in terms for promotion and participation in foreign expos - with a view to favouring visitors - are paying off."
