Games Media has unveiled a new SWP cabinet for UK pub retailers with twice the gaming content of its previous version.
IND:E II features a 32 game menu for greater customer choice as well as a stylish, ergonomic design, high resolution touch screen and improved cabinet security.
Content is a mix of Q&A, skill and word association games, including exclusive licensed titles such as Monopoly, Cluedo and a multiplayer version Connect 4. There is also the newly designed Heads Up Texas Hold'Em Poker game developed by Games Media's own in house team.
Andrew Ludlow, managing director of Games Media, said: "Continued investment in both SWP hardware and content is required for operators to excel in the current market.
"With the IND:E II solution we are offering an attractive, robust, user friendly and affordable cabinet alongside a complete menu of content which has broad customer appeal and delivers a great playing experience."
Games Media has paid particular attention to the design and styling of its new cabinet, adding features which, according to Andrew Ludlow, will help attract and retain games players. He said: "By maximising player comfort we can also maximise their dwell time at the machine. So our screens are the optimum size and angle for eliminating glare, plus there are even cup holders fitted to the cabinet.
"Content selection can cater for site specific needs and is segmented by genre for easier menu navigation. The most popular games can then be elevated to a highly visible ‘hero' position to further aid player choice."
IND:E II terminals are being distributed exclusively by Crown Direct.
