Powers has been with Stern since 2003 and is highly versed in all Data East Pinball, Sega Pinball, and Stern Pinball pinball machines and redemption games. Before he joined Stern, Powers came with 19 years of experience from both coin-op and consumer product support having been with some of the largest service organizations in both industries (Bally's Aladdins Castle, Montgomery Ward Product Service, and Namco Cybertainment).

Dorothy Brown will continue to handle Stern's Parts department. Longtime director, Joe Blackwell, has moved onto the operator side of the coin-op industry.
