Synot held an open day for customers at its headquarters in Uherske Hradiste last month.
“Holding an open day about a month after the official exhibition has paid dividends,” said Pavel Michalcio, sales director of Synot. “Exhibitions are usually very hectic and our sales people do not have enough time to address all customers at length, which is normally common practice at our company. That is why we have decided to hold our own kind of small exhibitions, when our sales people can take care of customers and their needs only.”
At its first ever open day, Synot introduced its customers to a long awaited new machine produced together with JPM for the System 5 cabinet, called Black Sherry. “System 5 cabinets are still very widespread and popular among customers. Black Sherry is a traditional, easy reel-based game of the type that is very popular in the Czech Republic, so therefore we expect it will gain success with customers,” continued Michalcio.
Synot also introduced a new game called Gold Bar for the Electra cabinet and a prototype of a video multi-game called the Gold Collection, which is being developed in cooperation with Merkur Gaming.
