The Kreuzweg premises provide an excellent base for serving customers in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Poland and the German-speaking areas of Switzerland.

The multi-talented German team, headed by General Manager Heino Schlichting and supported by Technical Manager André Rumpke, will continue to service and develop the market for the entire Money Controls product range of components for secure money systems – focusing on the most buoyant industries of gaming, car parking and ticketing for public transportation.

Customers in Germany, Austria, German-speaking Switzerland and Denmark are supported by the Hamburg office. Meanwhile, local distributor Nowopol services clients in Poland, which also is covered by the German subsidiary.

“A deciding factor in our move was that we can now improve the supply of spare parts to our customers significantly due to inventories in our own premises,” said Schlichting.

“In addition, we now have training and product presentation rooms equipped with the most modern technology, including multimedia, so that we can offer comprehensive training and information events under one roof.

“The move allows us to continue our commitment to world class customer service, and I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome to our team Engin Ersoy as technical specialist, handling all software applications and ccTalk customer support in particular,” he added.
