Axel F. Pawlas, CSO of Merkur Gaming, was extremely satisfied with the success of in-house exhibitions staged by the company in June, together with its Italian partner International Games Trade (IGT). The exhibitions, which took place at the sub-distributors Emporio Games in Milan and Berica Giochi in Vincenza, showed the entire range Merkur Gaming offers to the Italian market.
In addition to the reel-type machines Lucky Cash, Sphinx Gold and Dicemaster, also on show were the innovative Sphinx Diamante and Lucky Cash Diamante, both with the latest LED technology. Alberto Stolfi, general manager of IGT, explained the playing systems and technical advantages of the Merkur Gaming products.
Operators were particularly enthusiastic about machines featuring modern LED technology, said the Gauselmann company. The innovative multicolour technology attracts more attention from players due to the unusual and varied lighting effects. From an economic viewpoint, the new technology is also attractive due to cost savings resulting from low power consumption, the long service life of the diodes and the associated reduced maintenance costs.
At the in-house exhibitions, IGT and Merkur Gaming were once more able to remind operators of their presence on location. In addition, it was possible to demonstrate to visitors the innovations and know-how of the Gauselmann Group. Merkur Gaming said customers have once more been shown that now is the right time to invest in its new machines. The firm is also prepared for any new legislation with appropriate conversion kits immediately being offered, so that all operators would have 100 per cent security for their investment.
