The range of Playsafe products will be greatly extended but as always the very widely used Quantum management system and data capture range will be available for demonstration, as will the successful membership system and loyalty terminal. Also being shown is the new version of the loyalty terminal with its new higher resolution display and more sensitive touch screen.

Playsafe will also be featuring its new WiFi-based data-capture device, which has already received a great deal of interest. Playsafe has also introduced to the WiFi data capture device the reporting of dataport messages from machines regarding service and fault messaging. This information is automatically sent in various ways to either a service call centre or to individuals in the field.

Also linked via a wireless connection is the Playsafe player tracking system now fully linked to the loyalty system for easier automated rewarding of customers.

The ability to be able to identify loyal players can have significant benefits. Site profiling, machine

profiling and customer profiling are now all part of the trend towards the professional management of machines.

Playsafe will also be demonstrating, via a graphical display, the mystery accumulator linking machines of any manufacturer to a linked jackpot. This accumulator will give customers the ability to win an additional bonus jackpot and further features to enhance the use of the Playsafe card based systems.

The large graphical display will also feature the use of a messaging service to inform customers of promotions and special activities that may be taking place within the site.

However, one of the most exiting new products from Playsafe will be the release of the brand new wide area game. This new game will be part of the loyalty system and will give a completely different approach to retaining and rewarding customer loyalty.
