During November the financial police, placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Venice, have been seizing distribution permits for the Black Slot-type machines that had been stockpiled in warehouses, awaiting distribution but not yet granted a permit for use.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, following close examination of a sequestered machine, it appears that these machines, contrary to what had been certified, do not fully comply with the requirements stipulated in article 110 paragraph 6 of Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza – Unified text of Public Security Laws (TULPS).
