Comatel emphasised its exclusive arrangement with Japan Cash Machine to run its official service centre in Spain. Japan Cash Machine is the prestigious manufacturer of note handlers found in the majority of models intended for the Spanish market. Navarro who was in charge of the presentations and discussions, was very satisfied with the welcome, the participation and the interest. “It is extremely important that the people who work for the operators who provide a daily service and solve problems, should understand the operation of this type of equipment which is becoming increasingly sophisticated and the importance of care and maintenance. For example, the problems that can be avoided by always keeping the roulette ball clean,” he said.
