Zest Gaming has chosen a Money Controls payment platform for its new AWP machine for Europe. Money Controls has supplied its Serial Compact Hopper in conjunction with the Combi Hopper, enabling payout of three coins with just two hoppers, driven by ccTalk.
Zest has opted for the Serial Compact Hopper due to its high speed and tight security, and the availability of a high-capacity bowl to handle increased jackpots in Italy. Meanwhile, the Combi Hopper provides fast payout and a low-float hopper system, offering fast payout of two Euro, one Euro and Euro 50 cent coins from two hoppers.
Both work with ccTalk, Money Controls’ ACMI-approved, open serial communication protocol, now accepted as standard on the Italian pay-to-play market and designed to provide the secure transfer of credit and status information.
While Milan-based Stephan Rosseneu is working with Zest’s Italian operation, Money Controls’ sales manager Sergi Reuda is working with Roberto Cian, Managing Director of Madrid-based Zest Spain, to promote Zest’s machine with Money Controls’ hoppers to Spanish operators. Customers will be served by Money Controls’ Barcelona team, which has 20 years’ experience of providing local support. A product repair and maintenance roadshow has also been planned for operators.
Cian said: “Working with Money Controls has enabled us to introduce a new AWP machine that is designed to meet the regional requirements of our European customers. This, along with the comprehensive service and support network delivered locally by Money Controls’ expert team, will provide operators with confidence and facilitate high acceptance of our new machine onto the market.”
