Roland Kellner, Service Manager at NSM-Löwen Entertainment has stated his intention to increase the size of his customer service team around 40 percent. This means that over the coming weeks and months the service staff will be increased from around 50 to over 70 employees, according to the company.
"We wish to achieve even greater quality and speed of service, and to position the company even more clearly at the head of the market," emphasised Kellner who, prior to his time at Löwen, headed the Technical Service department at specialist glass manufacturer Schott AG. "We need considerable reinforcements to our personnel, in part but not exclusively due to the new Novo Line. “After all, the new Novo Line range of cash payout machines is in strong demand,” he added.
