Nova's Petition For Leave to Appeal Refused

Further to the press release issued by Bell-Fruit Games on April 12 2007, the House of Lords made known its decision by way of report from the Appeal Commission on June 11 2007, that Nova’s petition for leave to appeal to the Lords should be refused.

Bell-Fruit Games MD John Austin said “This finally concludes the issue in our favour, and I am very glad to put the matter behind us”.
