Soundnet has signed up its 1000th customer to its innovative Official Chart Package (OCP) service – which is available on the Sound Leisure Milestones in Music digital jukebox.
The machine itself was purchased and operated by Sceptre Leisure, which has been investing heavily in the Milestones product. A magnum of champagne was presented to Sceptre Leisure to mark the occasion. Sceptre chose to pass this on to one of its Retailers – Roger Bell – a Punch multi-tenant and owner of the Hand and Shuttle, a popular pub situated in Bradford, West Yorkshire. James Luck of Soundnet said, “The support we have received from our operators for this high-performing machine has been tremendous. And what’s more, we have more innovative elements coming to our package on this unique product, which should help it retain its premier status.” Claire Naylor, Regional Director of Sceptre Leisure said, “Milestones in Music and the OCP combine to make a really great product. Our customers appreciate the wide choice of new music available and the search facility, that allows them to pick tracks from any date since the charts began.”
