The 13th edition of the Hungarian Gamexpo show was a great success, according to exhibitors and visitors alike. The Hungarian market is quite small but there are still untapped resources and many areas to exploit.
This year exhibition showed a varied range of Hungarian and foreign products, and as always, most Hungarian exhibitors showed products for international markets as well. Among those exhibiting this year were Novomatic, EAC Gaming Kft. Barcrest, Ainsworth and Hot Games, who were represented by Ardeco International Kft., Casino Technology, JVH and Merkur. On the amusement side, Funworld exhibited and the Garlando table football was shown by Modernova Kft. New exhibitors included Hantos, 777 Game Kft., Texas Hold’em Poker Hungary Kft., Lucky Penny Kft., and Casino Trade Center Kft. “It was a successful exhibition in a high standard milieu,” said the organiser Avex Team. “The number of stands (46) did not increase much compared to last year, but many exhibitors displayed their products in larger or shared stands (two or three companies in the same stand). In the past few years, we noted that the number of visitors (around 2000) haven’t increased, however, the quality of the booth designs, the development of products and the represented brands show a great growth.”
