Ritzio Entertainment Group, the largest East European gaming operator, has launched in Italy. The Group has entered the market with ‘Vulcano della Fortuna’, a chain of gaming clubs to open in the next months across the country.
‘Vulcano della Fortuna’ is an Italian version of Ritzio’s key brand ‘Volcano’– a popular multinational gaming chain, that employs principles of quality mass service and consistent branding. ‘Vulcano della Fortuna’ was presented by Ritzio to Italian customers at the Rome show.
Recent actions took by the Italian government to reform the gaming law provided Ritzio a solid ground for entering the local market. Italy has become the thirteenth country on the map of Ritzio’s international operations. Today the Group plans to develop its Italian business through national promotion of its gaming clubs. It has already established a partnership with a leading Italian AWP machines manufacturer, Magic Dreams, and continues to look for strategic cooperation with local companies.
“We believe that our experience in multinational operations and different environments we have worked in, will assist us in attracting the Italian player and becoming a part of the local gaming community. We are ready to share our knowledge and opportunities in ‘gaming retail’ market with our Italian partners and are looking forward to cooperation with local gaming, entertainment and retail operators,” said Oleg Boyko, the Group’s President.
