Supported by a customer service team and Field Application Engineer (FAE), Fandiño Oliver's key objective is to strengthen 3M's involvement in the first stage of project integration for the enhanced benefit of end user customers. For example, ensuring all touch screen electronics and parts are shipped for delivery when they are needed, anywhere in the field. This efficient approach, together with 3M's warranty on monitors and sensors, will help delivery of high quality end products with extended reliability and life expectancy.
