TAB-Austria’s Online Terminal Management (OTM) system is proving to be a great success. Since its launch in the summer of 2005, a total of 15 premium games have been designed and released online free of charge to those who have signed up for an OTM account.
OTM offers advantages to operators and distributors as the new games available through this system have proven to increase cashbox. “The system is working really well,” said Siegfried Dattl Jr., General Manager of TAB-Austria (pictured). “It has been adopted successfully into different markets. We have sourced our data from the number of games played and feedback from our customers. More and more operators and site owners are registering their terminals for OTM. They have recognised that they can increase their profits in this way.”
As well as the premium games, the operator can gain many other benefits from an OTM account. For example, online tournaments can be organised and machine income can be monitored from a remote location. Also, the ordering of music videos and MP3s can be done remotely with OTM and the selected songs are automatically transmitted online to the different terminals. Moreover, every OTM terminal takes part in the international tournaments organised by TAB-Austria.
But one of the biggest attractions of the OTM remains the premium games. “Premium games are special. They are developed exclusively for our OTM customers,” said Dattl.
“As soon as a customer registers terminals on OTM, he will achieve the premium games automatically every month without any additional effort. And the transmission occurs online and within the OTM service for free.”
