Gamestec, the UK’s leading gaming and amusement machine operator, has announced plans for a national Deal Or No Deal Tournament across its Gamesnet terminals following the successful launch of the official Deal Or No Deal quiz game, which is based on the hit daytime TV show and hosted by family favourite Noel Edmonds.
Deal Or No Deal has recently been rolled out across the whole of Gamestec’s estate and has remained at the top of the gaming charts for the past three months. The increasing popularity of the TV game show has meant that Deal Or No Deal continues to perform exceptionally well, attracting more and more players week by week.
Jurian van der Meer, head of brand exploitation and products at Endemol UK, producers of the Deal Or No Deal TV show, commented, “We are happy to be working with Gamestec and are very excited about the official Deal Or No Dea quiz game. The popularity of the show has risen tremendously and we knew that it would make a fantastic quiz game. Gamestec and Bell Fruit Games have helped make this a reality and we are certain that the game will continue to be a huge success.”
Rolf Nielsen, managing director of operations at Gamestec, said, “We are very excited about the Deal Or No Deal game and the future tournaments. We believe that this game is a cut above the rest, with no other game ever performing as well. Deal Or No Deal proved extremely popular for the past three months and still continues to attract thousands of new players from around the country.”
