The CFA expo, which was due to take place in Egypt last month, was postponed due to the bombing in the Lebanon and political unrest in the region.
The show’s organiser Ahmed Al-Hendy told visitors and exhibitors, “Because of the continuing Israeli war against Lebanon and Palestine, which caused fear and worries in the Arab region, a lot of the most important visitors apologised and said they could not attend the show. There was also the fear of the European exhibitors who did not wish to travel at this time.
“However, after the United Nations decision 1701 and our hopes that the situation is calming in the Lebanon and the Middle East, we have decided to postpone the exhibition to February 13-16, 2007.” For more information, contact Show Management at cfa@cfa-expo.com
