New regulations for Valencia

The plenary session of the Council of the Valencian Autonomous Government has approved the regulation covering machines for amusement and games of chance, and that covering gaming casinos within the autonomous region of Valencia.

The objective is to regulate the gaming that is developing through the use of amusement machines and games of chance following the approval of the gaming law 4/1988, as well as certain aspects of the associated financial activities by updating a regulation that was outdated due to constant technological changes.
