TAB-Austria started a three-month international SILVERBALL CHAMPIONSNET tournament in April. Players all over the world will be playing for prizes and the trip of a lifetime worth more than 7,000 euros on more than 1,200 SILVERBALL terminals.
The global tournament will run for three months on all terminals with the current Update Version 14.
Great prizes like skis or digital cameras await the first five winners from each stage. The main prize will be a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas for two people, including flight, hotel and limousine transfer - the winner of this prize will be drawn from the 30 best Unique Players (individual different players).
"TAB-Austria has held SILVERBALL CHAMPIONSNET tournaments since 2002. The steadily growing number of players, the terminals' comfortable operation and the great prizes attract thousands of players all over the world. We intend to continue to stage attractive tournaments with increasingly different focuses in the future," said Siegfried Dattl jun., Managing Partner at TAB-Austria.
The Las Vegas tournament consists of a total of three stages, for the duration of each month from April to June. Every stage of the tournament comprises ten games from different categories (quiz, strategy, action, etc.). Players may register simply and free of charge at any SILVERBALL terminal and join the tournament at any time.
The winner of the trip of a lifetime and companion will reside at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, the third-largest hotel in the world and one of the locations for the movie Ocean's Eleven.
CHAMPIONSNET may be accessed through all networked SILVERBALL terminals and via the Internet at www.championsnet.net. This is where players may find out about new games and tournaments around the clock. With TAB-Austria's Online Terminal Management (OTM), customers may comfortably and easily update their terminals and connect to other terminals via the Internet. TAB-Austria has been using this technology since 2002 to develop new markets and set trends. Even local tournaments may be managed by operators using the unique OTM system. "We don't just sell entertainment equipment, we work continuously to give both players and operators a thrill," said Ing. Siegfried Dattl jun.
