Inspired Broadcast Networks is launching a new functionality on the itbox. Inspired is now able to offer tailored content depending on venue and will now allow pub managers and landlords to manage their own content according to customer demand.
Following extensive research into the usability and popularity of specific games on the itbox, Inspired is launching two new differentiated menus for both the managed and tenanted sectors, giving prominent positions to key titles intelligently matched to certain venues.
Anne De Kerckhove, Chief Operating Officer at Inspired, explained: “We have seen some key differences in play with branded and licensed products performing disproportionately stronger in the managed sector, whilst games offering rewards to repeat play have performed particularly well in the tenanted sector. These new menus will enable pub landlords and managers to offer the best, most relevant content to their customers, giving them a bespoke entertainment experience and therefore helping to increase revenues from the itbox.” Inspired is also giving customers the chance to bring popular itbox games of the past back to the terminal through the interactive ‘Lock-In’ function. Managers can choose from a list of over 100 games previously available and have them accessible to its customers from the front screen through a new ‘Manager’s Choice’ button.
