The 37th International Amusement & Gaming Machine Show will be held at the Fiera di Roma from October 7th to 9th Bearing in mind the excellent reception with which it met, the mid-week slot, concentrated in three days, is being proposed again, with an increasingly business to business slant.
Visitors will be able to see products and services from the entire range of companies, from i-gaming to slot machines and video games. Plus, conferences, and meetings will be held ensuring in-depth coverage of the sector's key issues.
Enada Rome is owned by the Italian Association of operators, manufacturer, importers and exporters of coin-op entertainment machines, whose members are approximately 1,500 manufacturers, resellers, owners and managers of amusement machines.
On April 23rd, at the meeting of the Steering Committee held in Rimini, Paolo Dalla Pria was re-elected SAPAR chairman for another three years. With him, Domenico Distante was elected Deputy Vice Chairman and Marzio Bonaccorsi, Bruno Gennatiempo and Natale Ciliberti vice chairmen. Rimini Fiera congratulates Dalla Pria for the reconfirmation of his role, which he has always held through the years with dedication and passion.
Chairman Dalla Pria stated, "ENADA ROMA 2009 will be a really important showcase for trade members wanting to exhibit or admire the new "comma 6A" models, which are really top quality, considering that within 15th December 2009 they will have to replace the comma 6 units. We therefore expect a really exciting edition."
The 2009 edition of ENADA ROME will occupy expo halls 1 and 3 (instead of 3 and 4), East entrance, with an overall area of 30,000 m² of exhibition space and will involve the participation of over 200 companies.
Rimini Fiera Business Unit 2 manager Simone Castelli explained, "The change of halls, which are larger than the previous ones, was due to the logistic need to expand the expo space to meet the continuous requests by the companies manufacturing and distributing amusement and gaming machines, who don't want to miss the opportunity of this great entertainment showcase. This aspect is a symptom of the fact that the sector is in good health, but also of the determination with which trade members continue to invest in their profession, reacting positively to the poor overall economic situation."
The expo's project manager Gabriella Zoni reminds that "The last edition of ENADA Rome closed with clearly increased attendance figures: there were 200 exhibiting firms and 11,234 trade visitors attended in three days (6% more than 2007), of whom 1,149 were from abroad (a 12.5 rise)."
This success was followed by the 2009 edition of ENADA Spring, held in Rimini in March: 25,545 trade visitors (1.5% more than 2008), of whom 2,810 were from abroad (9% more) and numerous foreign buyers (from Germany, Switzerland, Balkan countries, Japan, Taiwan, India).
