From July 7 to August 3, Finnish cinema-goers were made fully aware of the latest developments in Photo Play. The exclusive Finnish distributor of Funworld products, Pelika Net Oy, took out an advertisement in cinemas throughout the country in order to increase awareness about the new System 2006 on Photo Play terminals.
The advert told customers that there are great games available with immediate effect. “It was a major drive with a guaranteed reach,” said Jorgen Victorzen of Pelika Net Oy. “Summertime is high season for Finnish cinemas, making it possible to reach about 400,000 people aged 15 to 35 years. “Furthermore, this summer’s blockbusters such as Mission Impossible III, X-Men and The Da Vinci Code delivered a highly increased frequency,” he added.
Pelika Net Oy has over 2,700 Photo Play terminals, making it the largest Photo Play operator worldwide. “Pelika Net Oy’s innovative ideas and permanent collaborations with interesting brands are a major part of Photo Play’s grand success in Finland,” said Funworld marketing manager Marco Huter.
