New rules in Shandong Province

The Culture Department of Shandong Province recently issued the "opinions on the practice of improving the administration of amusement and province-wide entertainment venues" to the Culture Bureaus of all its cities.

These rules were based on previous rulings from the State Council, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Police and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on improving the administration of amusement and entertainment venues.
