On October 28, 2009, the “Chinese-Korean Game Talent Training Base” officially went into operation in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. Both Chinese and Korean parties announced and signed the “Agreement for Jointly Operating the Chinese-Korean Game Talent Training Base”. They will jointly operate the base and cultivate game talents through running online or offline courses.
Based on the agreement, the Management Committee of Changzhou City Creative Industry Base and the Korea Culture & Content Agency shall form a cooperative legal entity and jointly operate the Chinese-Korean Game Talent Training Base” as well as cultivating game talents together.
Also, both parties shall jointly introduce famous Korean game enterprises which will enter and be stationed in the Changzhou Creative Industry Base. The Creative Industry Base shall serve as a game talent training base. On the basis of both countries’ game industries cooperating, in the future both parties shall further expand the range of cooperation and extend the exchange and cooperation in other sectors of the culture industry.
