Gamestec, the UK’s leading gaming machine and pool table operator, has donated a pool table to Devonport House, a Salvation Army facility in Plymouth, UK.
The table is proving popular with residents at the 60 bed hostel and flat complex.
David Martin, Project Worker at Devonport House said: “We are really grateful to Gamestec for donating the table, cues and balls. As well as offering service users an entertaining activity it is a great way for staff to interact with service users and find out more about their background in an informal setting. We also plan to set up an internal pool league and have been approached by other organisations to run leagues too.”
