Lastly, with regard to the defence of the consumers and users, it suggests that this should be referred to the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, giving to understand that the Ministry of the Interior has no greater power than the functions that are performed by the General Commissioner of the Judicial Police working on crimes related to gaming and bringing the perpetrators to justice. For its part CEJ, the Confederation of Bingo Companies, will continue to denounce these games and will not hesitate to bring a lawsuit should this prove necessary.
