Gamestec is to supply AWPs and SWPs to Luminar Leisure as the nightclub operator lays plans to give amusements and gaming a bigger role in its business.
Luminar, whose brands include Oceana, Liquid, and Lava & Ignite, will take both digital and analogue AWPs as well as digital SWPs from Gamestec.
“We have been working with Gamestec for a number of years now and have been pleased with both their product offering and customer service so it seemed the next logical step to sign an exclusive agreement. We have had gaming and amusement machines in our clubs for some time but see them becoming an even more important fixture in future,” said Silvia Wylie, machine manager for Luminar.
Gamestec has also won the exclusive contract to supply the entire managed pub estate of Young’s, with more than 200 locations including city-centre venues, food-based pubs and locals.
Meanwhile, Sceptre Leisure is to supply more than 450 gaming machines to the managed and tenanted pubs of Daniel Thwaites, in a deal said to be worth more than £1.5m over two years.
