The number of slots on the market is stable, but the number of video lottery terminals (VLTs) is increasing and now totals 22,799. There are 341,107 slots installed in public places. There is, however, an increase in the number being stored (277 extra) and a decrease in the number authorised. The number of installed VLTs is growing: 686 more than on 31 May last year.
