Danish AWP operators Danske Automat Spil and Elite Gaming are to merge, creating a 60-employee company under the Elite brand with annual revenue of around €75m.

Claus Bødker will be CEO and Jette Posch COO. 

Danske Spil’s current CEO H.C. Madsen said: “The purpose of the merger is to ensure profitability within AWPs.”

Competition authorities must approve the deal.
