The positive reception given to the recent DNA conference in London has prompted the formation of a new association for digital out-of-home interactive entertainment as well as plans for a U.S. event. Said organiser Kevin Williams: “With DNA London under our belts we need to keep the momentum going and we can now reveal that a new association will be formed to support developers and operators of digital out-of-home entertainment technology.”
He added: “Interest has been such from those unable to attend this first event that they have demanded a United States DNA conference be held.”
At the London day, hosted by the government body UK Trade & Investment, the keynote speaker was Randy White, CEO of White Hutchinson Leisure & Learning Group. Other presentations came from firms including TrioTech Amusement, Alterface, Trans-Force International, Animalive, Instyle Fitness, Cisco Systems, Sega Amusement Europe, and EyeClick.
