Frank and Michael will be joined by BACTA chief executive Leslie Macleod-Miller.”

He will host two seminars, entitled “Redemption Basics: Getting It Right First Time”, and “Working With the Public and Dealing With Difficult Guests”.

Seninsky is president of the Alpha-Omega group of companies, including the consultancy Amusement Entertainment Management, and a former president of the Amusement & Music Operators Association (AMOA) in theU.S.

He will speak on “Ten Critical Steps in Designing & Laying Out a Game Zone” and “Successful Strategies in Running Self-Redemption for Street Operators”.

Macleod-Miller has been chief executive of BACTA for the past six years and previously worked with firms including Ladbrokes, Hilton International and Disney.
