A wide range of Advantech industrial PC products will be on display at ICE
Advantech-Innocore is a full member of the Advantech corporation, now the world’s largest company in industrial automation devices and computing. For customers of Advantech-Innocore, this means they now have access to the widest range of industrial and semi-industrial PC components:
not just the obvious Mini-ITX, ATX and Com-Express, but also hospitality and digital signage solutions, portable and handheld battery-powered terminals and tablets, touchscreen computers, I/O modules, industrial controllers, open frame monitors, and so on.
The main focus at ICE will be the well-known DPX range of products, a family that welcomes a new addition in the E-series, the DPX-E120.
The DPX-E120 is a complete industrial computer system that is said to offer good performance and very low power requirements with the AMD G-Series embedded platform. The core of the DPX-E120 is the AMD G-series chipset, accommodating CPUs ranging from 1.2GHz single core to 1.65GHz Dual Core. The integrated AMD Radeon HD6130 provides integrated high-performance graphics for two independent displays. A full feature set of I/O, COMs and security designed specifically for gaming devices is also included.
Meanwhile, the DPX-S415 and DPX-S425 are the latest additions to the DPX-S series.
Advantech-Innocore is also introducing a new product line of compact and cost-effective semi-industrial motherboards (SIMBs) to provide rugged, dependable and quick-to-market solutions. They are suggested for customers that have have price-sensitive markets and need revision-controlled industrial-grade motherboards, but don‘t want to spend a fortune on over-specified technology.
