Innovative Technology, exhibiting at both EAG and the concurrent ICE event, will unveil an exciting new programme – Smart Data.
Created in response to the industry requirement to overcome the difficultly of sourcing notes, Smart Data allows end users to manage, create or customise their own currency data set files. Using Smart Data customers can add a new-issue note to their existing data set file or easily eliminate a fake note by adding it to the data set themselves.
Said marketing executive Dayna Patterson: “It is a really exciting, straightforward process that gives customers the tools to customise their own data set files. The process is simple and will allows false notes, new-issue notes and notes with differing wear patterns to be quickly incorporated into currency data set files.”
Innovative Technology went into business in 1992 with the invention of the NV1 bank note validator, which was designed to bring affordable note validation to the AWP industry. This philosophy of affordable validation remains as the company philosophy today and is reflected in the latest product, the NV11 validator and note float.
Interest in this product since its launch last year has been high, particularly across Spain and the UK, where some key operators have now implemented the NV11 into their machines, helping to alleviate the problem of coin starvation and keep machines operational.
