The team from the highly specialised technical service company E-Service, which provides UK gaming, amusement and vending operators with efficient and cost-effective spare parts, electronic repairs and support, will take to their stand at EAG to highlight their new completely user-friendly Website and other new areas of their successful business. The company once again increased in size throughout 2011 and now employs more than 40 staff.
Their new Website allows all customers to register online to benefit from additional services such as viewing previous orders and account status, as well as a quick-order facility. Users can also view regularly changing special offers on commonly-used spares, such as wedge bulbs, euroleads and cleaning material. They can also read all current news stories as well as accessing downloadable technical bulletins.
Also at EAG, E-Service will be launching an all-new 2012 catalogue. The easy-to-browse brochure is twice the size of the previous version and offers a wide variety of spares and components, including a selection of LED lighting equipment, coin/note counters, pool equipment and Hainsworth pool cloth, along with other general spare parts.
At the expo, a wide variety of spares and components will be on display, including the popular 26-inch and 42-inch monitor replacement kits, 3M touchscreens and the range of Ambersil cleaning products, as well as a range of refurbished equipment.
E-Service will also be highlighting an expanded range of repairs which now includes Astra and Barcrest PC equipment and Microcoin QL coin mechanisms, all of which come with a 90-day warranty and the latest firmware installed.
