Mitchells & Butlers Plc, the UK’s largest managed house pub operator, has selected the Games Warehouse Paragon-Pro terminal for installation across its restaurant group.
Since hitting the market in August 2003, Paragon has established itself in the independent operating sector, dominating tenanted and free trade SWP estates, with more than 8,000 UK installations. This latest achievement is therefore a significant step within the managed house sector, both for the product and for Games Warehouse.
John Appleton, director of electronic leisure at Mitchells & Butlers said, “Following the acquisition of the Beefeater and Brewer’s Fayre sites from Whitbread, we embarked upon a major re-branding and refurbishment programme across our restaurant group, which is one of two major divisions within the company. Paragon-Pro in a black cabinet, with refinements developed for us by Games Warehouse, is currently the only entertainment terminal that is aesthetically acceptable to us.”
