The President of the AAMS has decreed modifications to the technical rules affecting so-called Newslot2 machines in an understanding with the Chief of Police, responsible for public security.
The decree defines the control device – the component that the manufacturer must insert in each Newslot2 produced – as the property of the AAMS.
The document defines the game, length of play and the distribution of the winnings in coins, which is not included in the time allowed for playing the game. This cannot be less than four seconds.
The game is based on a process in which the elements of skill or entertainment are present, within the time allowed to play it, together with the element of chance. The game of poker or its fundamental rules cannot be reproduced.
The gaming equipment allows each player to define a limit on the amount to be played or the maximum time of use, to be displayed on video or screen while playing each game. At the expiry of the amount of money or time preset by the player, a relevant message is displayed.
