The 10a1.com portal has collaboration agreements with the ACB professional basketball league and Asobal, and is officially recognised by them when placing bets. It also sponsors the Real Majorca and Almería football clubs, and is currently in discussions with other sporting organisations. It is expected to spend 80% of its income on initiatives related to the development of new products and to marketing.10a1.com has five Spanish partners: MGA, Rodríguez Villar, Dosniha, Gropo Vid and Grupo Binelde, while for technological support it looks to the British company Stan James. Until now it has formed part of the Spanish Conei group of companies, whose President is Juan Lao; however the company has decided to sell its shares and to no longer be a shareholder. The portal company’s capital “is being restructured” although predictably the minority participation of Lao is being distributed among the remaining partners who have a less than 20 percent holding.
