In the case of Spain, the company is headed by Manuel Torres, an executive whose youth belies his profound knowledge of a sector about which he is passionate and in which, in his own words, "every day we must take important decisions and every day we must learn something new".

The first contact Manuel Torres had with the Private Gaming Industry was when he worked for the Gauselmann Group. After living and working in Germany for 28 years he then had the opportunity of coming to Spain as Manager of MERKUR, taking responsibility for the firm's arcade business. It was a year of very hard work, Manuel Torres acknowledges, with no regular hours or days off until he had succeeded in setting up four arcades in which he implemented new ideas, overcame administrative difficulties and made such good progress that the German Headquarters put him in charge of a new mission in Romania which finished up with him expanding the German company's business in the Russian market. All of which is an extraordinary background which together with his personal skills and his step by step approach, means that today this professional is able to offer his specialised knowledge to Spanish industry from FGL LEASING. In Spain, very probably, it will end up with something absurd such as a ban on advertising for the Arcades and the rest of the gaming centres".
