Project has appointed Dave Hawkins to the post of Production Controller, working out of the company's London head office. Hawkins, who joins from the automotive industry, is responsible for co-ordinating the entire build process from receipt of the sales order to shipping the completed game for delivery.
Project managing director, Tony Boulton said: "Dave has been involved in production for most of his working life and is used to operating in fast-moving sectors with short lead times. The addition of a production specialist who can also interface with the sales function has freed up valuable management time, which is being used to meet the challenges of the market and the needs of our customers."
The appointment of Dave Hawkins follows May's expansion of the games development department which saw Project enhance its creative capabilities with the recruitment of additional software engineers.
