Axel Herr left Bally Wulff Entertainment at the end of May by mutual agreement. With immediate effect, the management of the company will be taken over by Tim Wittenbecher, Sascha Blodau and Wolfram Seifert.
Tim Wittenbecher and Sascha Blodau have been with Bally Wulff Entertainment for years, and as the company's authorized signatories they were already responsible for internal organisation, finances, and cooperation with international markets and partners. Wolfram Seifert is the investor's confidant and, with his many years of experience in the trade, he will act as the company's advisor.
It was obvious that Wittenbecher and Blodau would continue to be in charge of the management after Herr's withdrawal.
Tim Wittenbecher, a qualified economics engineer, has worked for the gaming industry for 13 years, and for nearly 10 years he has been in charge of Bally Wulff's export and product management departments; apart from export and marketing he will be responsible for the company's own products and co-operations.
Sascha Blodau, who is also an economics engineer, has been in charge of the company's finance department for four years; he will mainly be responsible for finances, staff and production.
The leadership team is augmented by Wolfram Seifert, management consultant with many years of experience in various top positions with major companies. He will bring his specific knowledge concerning the restructuring of companies.
"We want to strengthen and extend these partnerships. From my work with international providers I know the most creative and innovative companies in R&D and production. Together we have a clear picture of the machines and games that can be launched on the market," said Wittenbecher about the planned cooperations.
"With a well-balanced financial management, supported by increased own capital resources and efficient business structures, we will establish a solid position for Bally Wulff Entertainment at the top of the gaming industry," added Blodau.
