Ritzio International has acquired new gaming locations in Croatia. As a result of the transaction, the company has added sixteen new clubs in Zagreb and the other urban areas to the fifteen venues Ritzio has been operating in Croatia.
All the gaming properties are located in ten cities including the country's capital. Now Ritzio manages 1197 gaming machines in the country, creating one of the industry's strongest retail gaming offerings. The acquisition merges the operations of all company's gaming facilities and creates significant opportunities for building a solid mono-branded network in the nearest future.
Ritzio plans to rebrand the current clubs into a Croatian version of company's key brand ‘Volcano'- a popular multinational gaming chain, that employs principles of quality service and consistent branding. The‘Volcano' chain has been spreading across Europe since 2007, when the company opened first ‘Vulkan Stern' gaming venues in Germany and ‘Vulcano della Fortuna' in Italy.
